1. Cleaner

Job Description:
As a Cleaner at Airlink, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in designated areas of the airport facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for passengers and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean designated areas of the airport facilities, including terminals, lounges, restrooms, and other public areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces as needed.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated receptacles.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by supervisors.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent N4.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags.
  • Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Facilitate the boarding process and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Coordinate with airline staff and ground crew to manage flight operations effectively.
