Position Overview:
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver efficient and friendly customer service, ensuring every renter receives a vehicle on time that meets our quality and safety standards.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Cleaning: Clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet high standards.
- Quality Control: Identify and report expired license vehicles and any issues that do not meet quality standards.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Refuel vehicles, check tire pressure, and monitor oil, water, and other fluids after every rental.
- Vehicle Delivery: Deliver vehicles to customers following our procedures.
- Check-ins: Handle vehicle check-ins according to company, quality control, and claims procedures.
- Yard Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the yard and surrounding areas.
- Integrity: Behave ethically and safeguard the assets and interests of both the business and customers.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as requested.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant driving experience.
- Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Requirements:
- Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (at least 2 years old).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to read a map.
- Willingness to work overtime, shifts, and weekends as required.
