Role:
As an Operator FEL at Seriti, you will be responsible for executing production or logistics activities according to the schedule. You will operate physical assets, plants, and equipment in compliance with HSEC requirements, operational standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment, evaluate onsite conditions, make tactical decisions, and determine appropriate responses.
- Adhere to operational requirements, principles, procedures, and maintenance practices.
- Use personal protection equipment as required.
- Timely and accurate reporting of all events and hazards.
- Respond promptly to various incidents.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring it is safely and securely stored.
- Schedule and complete maintenance checks as per required standards.
- Conduct pre-shift checks and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Complete pre-shift procedures prior to operating machinery.
- Perform grass cutting and planting on the rehabilitation area.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 10 (including Math, Science, and English).
- Licenses: Valid machine license for a Front-End Loader and a valid driver’s license.
- Testing: Subject to a Dover test, must meet minimum requirements.
- Skills: Proficiency in English (oral), in-depth knowledge of mining machinery, and safety rules and regulations.
- Fitness: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness.
Advantageous:
- Minimum of 1-year experience operating a Front-End Loader in a mining environment.
- Competent A, Mining Equipment Training certification.
