The successful candidate will support the operations of the Mobile Department, on projects directed at maximizing Company profits, increasing customer base through marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or equivalent
- 6 Months to 1- year within sales, promotions, or marketing
- Customer service: Answer all questions from customers about betting and help them create accounts.
- Encourage punters to buy items or use our services by effectively demonstrating and/or explaining mobile products, usage guidelines, and services. This will increase daily sales and activations.
- Launch mobile marketing initiatives to boost revenue and create new online accounts.
- Need to maintain documentation of their sales endeavors and submit daily updates on their status to management.
- Brand the mobile device.
- Organize and set up displays at stores, occasions, and special offers to draw in customers, both new and old.
- Assist clients with submitting the appropriate FICA paperwork when creating a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
- Verify that a new client utilizes the sign-up incentive to place a wager upon opening an account, and demonstrate the mobile application’s betting process to the consumer.
- To give off a good impression to consumers, keep work environments clean.
- Make ensuring that all mobile equipment is properly maintained, managed, and stored.
- Weekly completion of Trainers on Wheels, Bet Strike, Voice Note Training, and Moodle
- may need to travel between stores and branches in order to meet operating requirements.
- any other responsibilities connected to the business that may be needed.
Skills and personal attributes :
- Excellent Listening skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be results driven.
- Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting, Betting procedures and types and TUV (top up voucher) distribution.
- Strong systems and sales knowledge
