Qualifications and Experience :
- NCV L4/ Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years previous experience at an upper tier establishment
- Knowledge of cocktails and drinks would be beneficial
- Knowledge of POS systems would be beneficial
Responsibilities (to mention a few) :
- Blend classic and inventive drinks.
- Making more alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- the production of garnishes for beverages and cocktails.
- Checking freshness and stock levels every day (ensuring that outdated inventory is sold before it expires)
- Counting stock each day and looking for variations, if any
- Spotless glasses and barware
- Prepare beverages as requested, following the instructions.
- possess a thorough grasp of both the recipes for each drink and the cocktail menu.
