Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, including explaining rules, terms, and conditions.
  • Handle flight disruptions, cancellations, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Safeguard confidential information and escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or relevant
  • Airport experience and knowledge of ticket sales within an aviation concern.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including proper phone etiquette.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
