Specific Role Responsibilities
- Assist service advisors and receptionists when called upon for customer transport.
- Assist end controller in duties, including moving cars in and out of inspection areas.
- Move cars in and out of wash bays as required.
- Recover broken-down vehicles with the car shop LDV and/or Mobi-Jack as directed by the foreman.
- Record correct kilometers covered by the vehicle on every trip in the log book provided.
- Report any faults found on breakdown vehicle or Mobi-Jack to the foreman.
- Ensure that vehicles are driven safely and in a courteous manner.
- Report any accidents to the workshop foreman.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties from time to time and at the discretion of management.
- Assist wash bay to clean customer and breakdown vehicles.
- Report to reception when sent out.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years experience as a Driver in the Corporate sector.
- A valid Driver License (Code 08)
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Ability to move cars in and out of wash bays.
- Recover broken-down vehicles with the car shop LDV and/or Mobi-Jack.
