Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds.
- Deliver excellent customer service and establish customer needs.
- Utilize technical knowledge to demonstrate product benefits.
- Close sales and secure add-on sales.
- Monitor daily sales against individual budget.
Inventory:
- Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories daily.
- Minimize shrinkage through store zoning and adherence to store changing room policy.
- Ensure accurate stock entries in POS systems.
- Process deliveries, including checking quantities, tagging, hanging, pricing products, and recording in the POS system.
- Process customer orders.
Daily Operations:
- Maintain daily store housekeeping, including dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, and tidying change rooms.
- Assist the manager with opening and closing the store.
Training:
- Take responsibility for ongoing training.
- Be allocated a buddy initially and learn from them.
- Attend quarterly training sessions and complete assessments.
- Receive monthly feedback from the manager.
- Set up monthly meetings with the store manager to discuss progress through the Hey Dude rookie pack.
Merchandising:
- Observe the store and maintain stock presentation according to store standards.
- Replenish sizes.
- Assist the team in changing windows/mannequins fortnightly.
- Ensure proper storage of POS materials to avoid damage.
Requirements:
- Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or relevant
- Minimum of 1 year of customer services experience.
- Crocs product knowledge advantageous.
- Able to work flexible shifts.
