Job Description:
Purpose:
As a Griller at Pedros, your primary purpose is to ensure the receipt and preparation of quality products for customers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Adhere to SOP guidelines to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen area.
- Food Safety Standards: Strictly follow SOP protocols to maintain food safety standards during food preparation and cooking processes.
- Prepare Menu Items: Prepare menu items as per SOP guidelines while ensuring efficiency and speed of service.
- Provide Great Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience of patrons.
