Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Ensuring cleanliness in all work areas across departments.
- Cleaning floors, workspaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Cleaning walls, windows, and other surfaces.
- Disinfecting and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen, toilet, and bathroom areas.
- Emptying and cleaning waste containers daily.
- Cleaning areas surrounding buildings, including paths and entrances.
- Assisting managers and senior staff with ad hoc duties.
- Adhering to all COVID-19 protocols in place.
- Performing various physical labor tasks in our production department.
Qualifying Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 education.
- 3-5 years of experience as a cleaner.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Presentable appearance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Ability to work under challenging conditions.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety rules.
- Good communication skills.
- Good physical health and fitness.
