Job Description:
This role involves being a Part-Time Sales Assistant at PEP, where you’ll have the opportunity to work up to 27 hours a week.

Job Details:

Position: Sales Assistant

Locations:

• Kuils River, Western Cape
• Plumstead, Western Cape
• Dolphin Coast, KwaZulu-Natal
• Clocolan, Free State
• Matatiele, Eastern Cape
• Lephalale, Limpopo
• Hartebeespoort, North West

Job Type: Permanent – Part-time

Hours: 8 hours per day, with a flexible work schedule (As Needed)

Weekly Hours: To be confirmed (TBC)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and safe store environment.
• Manage the cash register following company rules.
• Work with a team of Dynamos to make the store efficient and cost-effective.
• Sell products to customers, suggest additional items, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge.
• Greet customers upon entry and offer assistance promptly.
• Achieve sales targets and stay updated on new products.
• Assist with stock ordering and store setup.
• Receive, organize, and manage incoming stock deliveries.
• Process payments accurately using the cash register.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification.
• Clear criminal record.
• Preference for candidates within 15km from the job location.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience in similar roles is advantageous.
• Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Integrity and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including during peak periods.
