Duties & Responsibilities:
Stock Transfers:
- Receive orders at the stores and inspect deliveries to ensure alignment with invoices and quality standards.
- Safely store all stock in accordance with safety standards, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and security of storage areas and equipment.
- Address and resolve queries related to maintenance stock, escalating issues as necessary.
- Promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock quantities.
Stock Control:
- Participate in monthly stock takes and conduct recounts when necessary.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in accordance with operational requirements and orders.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and filing of stock control records.
- Report any obsolete stock for disposal.
General Responsibilities:
- Be flexible in undertaking tasks beyond the job description as needed.
- Take ownership of one’s performance and adhere to safety, health, environmental, and quality management system policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license.
