Job Descriptions:

• Administer and control all cash and card transactions at the shop.
• Handle paypoint sales and provide excellent client service.
• Process receipts from customers and card transactions efficiently.
• Conduct daily banking of cheques and cash.
• Perform general tasks, including loading and offloading stock, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers/suppliers.
• Constantly add value to job function by providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Numeracy skills and ability to perform hard manual labor.
• Honesty, presentability, and a fast, energetic demeanor.
• Excellent client service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Service orientation with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and precision.
• Excellent health and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
