Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute cash and related transactions, including balancing the cash float, dispensing and receiving physical cash, and processing cheques.
2. Adhere to policies to prevent fraud, report suspicious activities, and refer transactions exceeding limits for authorization.
3. Provide advice to customers on transaction processes, resolve inquiries, and explain bank procedures and security requirements.
4. Reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each day, prepare reconciliation reports, and ensure proper authorization of transactions.
5. Identify and act on sales leads, contributing to branch sales targets.
6. Ensure compliance with risk management procedures, including opening and closing the branch safe, conducting cash counts, and reporting suspicious transactions.
7. Maintain a professional image, adhere to corporate wear policy, and educate customers on alternative ways of transacting.

Education:
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
