Purpose of the Position:

To collect and deliver reports, specimens, and parcels to and from various locations (wards, hospitals, doctors’ rooms, factories) in a timely and efficient manner using a motorcycle.

General Requirements for Motorcycle Courier Roles:

Education: Grade 10

Driver’s License: Valid South African Code B and Code A (for motorcycle)

Experience: Previous driving experience

Knowledge:

• Basic vehicle/motorcycle maintenance
• National traffic rules and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver reports, specimens, and parcels to ensure timely delivery to clients and labs.
• Maintain excellent client relations to promote the image of Ampath.
• Ensure the safekeeping and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.

Other Requirements:

• Applicants must have a South African ID or a valid South African work permit.
