Qualifications and Experience :

• Matric
• South African Citizen
• Language proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Must be able to speak clearly and communicate efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
• The ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An ability to focus and concentrate.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible
• Problem solving skills.
• Basic PC skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to a targeted amount of telephone calls accurately and in a specified time frame, thereby meeting set service standards.
• To assist with any ad-hoc data capturing e.g. updating customer contact records, as well as outbound calling for ad-hoc service related campaigns

• Excellent customer relations and people skills
• Capturing and updating of information
• Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in highly pressurised environment.
• Ability to market and sell products.
