Qualifications and Experience :
- Matric
- South African Citizen
- Language proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Must be able to speak clearly and communicate efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
- The ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to focus and concentrate.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible
- Problem solving skills.
- Basic PC skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to a targeted amount of telephone calls accurately and in a specified time frame, thereby meeting set service standards.
- To assist with any ad-hoc data capturing e.g. updating customer contact records, as well as outbound calling for ad-hoc service related campaigns

- Excellent customer relations and people skills
- Capturing and updating of information
- Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in highly pressurised environment.
- Ability to market and sell products.
