POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Location: Tutume, Botswana
JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Agent will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and the organization.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting sales processes, handling transactions, and ensuring that goods are dispatched accurately and on time. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions

- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handling the dispatch of goods within the shop and dispatch areas

REQUIREMENTS
