Safair Operations, trading as FlySafair, is in need of a Customer Service Agent for the Port Elizabeth Airport. Reporting to the Airport Manager, the chosen candidate will have the following responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aid passengers in ticket sales, bookings, and flight modifications, explaining rules, terms, conditions, regulations, and procedures when necessary.
- Assist customers during flight disruptions and cancellations.
- Safeguard and handle confidential information.
- Professionally and promptly address customer complaints.
- Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor on duty.
- Consistently provide high-quality customer service.

- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal command of the English language, with proper phone etiquette.
- Proficient conflict resolution skills.
