Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet high standards.
  • Conduct vehicle quality control checks, including identifying and reporting expired licenses and other issues.
  • Refuel vehicles, and check tire pressure, oil, water, and other fluids after each rental.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the yard and surrounding areas.
  • Customer Service:
  • Deliver vehicles to customers following company procedures.
  • Handle vehicle check-ins according to company, quality control, and claims procedures.
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer relations.
  • Operational Duties:
  • Maintain the integrity of the company by acting ethically and safeguarding company assets and customer interests.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Experience:
  • 2 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Minimum Qualification:
  • NQF Level 4 (Grade 12 or equivalent).
  • Requirements:
  • Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (held for at least 2 years).
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to read maps.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be willing to work overtime, shifts, and weekends as required.
