Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Tasks:
- Efficiently pick, bin, and pack automotive parts and products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory management activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area.
- Sales Support:
- Assist sales team members with customer inquiries and orders.
- Learn about product features and specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in preparing sales documentation and processing orders.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Help maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
- Prepare reports and documents as required by management.
- Retail Support:
- Assist in maintaining the retail area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Help customers locate products and provide assistance with inquiries.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Currently unemployed.
- Age between 18 and 34 years old.
