Purpose Statement:
To greet clients, coordinate branch flow through efficient queue functioning, provide excellent client service, assist clients at ATMs, and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels. This role aims to acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience:
- Minimum:
- No experience required, but the individual must have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational.
Knowledge:
- Minimum:
- Basic calculations.
- How to engage with people.
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
- Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.
Skills:
- Communication Skills.
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills.
