Join our team as a Crew Member in various locations across South Africa! As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role as the face of our restaurant, ensuring a friendly atmosphere for customers. Your responsibilities include taking orders with a smile, preparing food to high standards, maintaining cleanliness, and working as a team to achieve sales targets. Flexibility with hours, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are key. This role forms part of a Learnership program, offering successful candidates a 12-month period during which they will receive a National Certificate in Fast Food Services (NQF Level 3).

Responsibilities
- Show up for shifts on time and complete them as scheduled.
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Take food orders efficiently and accurately.
- Manage multiple orders while ensuring precise preparation.
- Follow McDonald’s rules for cooking menu items.
- Cook orders swiftly and accurately using kitchen equipment.
- Verify the correctness and packaging of each order.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
- Adhere to McDonald’s safety and security procedures.
- Collaborate with the crew and managers to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient supplies.
- Flexibility to work different hours, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements
- Residence within 15km from the job location.
- Clear criminal record.
