- Proficient in English.
- Relevant tertiary education – a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role.

As a PEP Store Manager you will be leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control, mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- By concentrating on maintaining the store’s image, stock management, world-class store standards, and promotional implementation, you can increase sales.
- Maintaining a positive store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling protocols reduce stock loss.
- Drive store efficiencies to control costs in line with the company’s low cost culture.
- Make sure all store-related administrative tasks are carried out in accordance with the corporate policies.
- Taking charge of the squad’s performance, coaching, and training. Leading a dynamic team of Dynamos.
- Maintaining standards for general health, safety, and housekeeping.
