Job Description:
Premier Corporate offers an exciting learning opportunity for HR Interns. This internship will provide exposure to various aspects of Human Resources, including:
HR Operations:
- Administration and systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Greylink)
- Understanding and application (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations)
Learning and Development:
- Administration and systems (e.g., Moodle, Dynamics 365)
Human Resources Disciplines:
- Learning and Development
- Talent/Skills Development
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the national HR structure in rolling out specific projects/tasks.
- Potential travel to other sites for broader exposure.
Qualification Requirements:
- Educational:
- Grade 12
- Studying towards a National Diploma in Human Resource Management (final year)
- Must have a tertiary institution logbook detailing the required exposure and experience needed for the internship.
- Additional:
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Experience Requirements:
- No prior experience required.
- Interns will gain valuable in-service work experience, skills, and knowledge that will help start their careers in Human Resources.
