Programme Overview:
Our Rainbow Internship Programme is a 12-month initiative designed to provide third-year students with the opportunity to fulfill their academic qualification requirements while gaining valuable on-the-job exposure.
This programme acts as a feeder scheme into our Management Trainee Programme and addresses internal technical role requirements.
Internship Development Programme
Locations: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: A relevant Diploma or Btech in the fields of:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
- Food Technology
- Food Safety & Quality Assurance
- Human Resources
- Animal Science
- Veterinary Science
- Agricultural Science
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa.
- Academic Performance: Demonstrated strong academic results, particularly in major subjects, with at least a 60% average during the second year of study.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a 12-month contract with the business.
