Key Responsibilities:
- Collect parts from various sources such as other branches, customers, and external suppliers.
- Deliver parts to external suppliers, other branches, customers, and any designated destinations promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are free from damage, defects, or missing parts, promptly reporting any issues to the Manager.
- Ensure that delivery vehicles are securely locked and maintained in proper roadworthy condition at all times.
- Perform routine inspections on vehicles to uphold their roadworthiness, promptly reporting any defects or damages for maintenance.
- Assist with any other reasonable duties assigned by the department to ensure smooth operations.
- Immediately report all accidents and traffic violations to the Manager for appropriate action.
- Be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet operational demands.
- Facilitate the process of taking vehicles for roadworthy testing as required.
- Provide valuable assistance to customers on the showroom floor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist customers in locating vehicles during vehicle collection to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Clean criminal record.
