Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of stock Cost Prices across multiple branches.
- Review and reconcile control accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate and issue orders for company expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor fuel reconciliations to track expenditures and identify any discrepancies.
- Address and resolve outstanding administrative issues reported by branches.
- Perform routine office tasks, including filing, data entry, and providing administrative support to the finance team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy).
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Mechanisation would be advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
