Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Completion of NQF level 4 National Certificate in Business Administration Programme
Providing administrative support throughout the year, especially during peak business periods and team leaves
Participating in a structured integrated learning program combining theoretical training with on-the-job learning

Skills, Experience & Education:

Qualifications/Experience:
Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and English (minimum pass rate of 50%)
Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language
Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another organization

South African citizenship

Unemployed
Aged between 18 and 35
Must present a valid medical record detailing their disability
Willingness to commit to a 12-month program
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
