Position: Watchers
We are seeking reliable and disciplined Watchers to join our team on a full-time and part-time.basis.

Responsibilities:
Patrol designated areas of the farm
Control access to the premises
Prevent theft and unauthorized entry
Report incidents, damages or safety concerns to the manager promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties related as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications:
Above the age of 18
A track record of success in security or guarding/watch tasks
Alert and in good physical shape
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
Willing to work weekends and public holidays
Ability to monitor farm property, equipment, and produce
Good communication skills.
A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
