About the Role
As an MFC Sales Agent, you will play a key role in promoting and selling Old Mutual’s financial products.
You will be responsible for developing your own client base, identifying sales opportunities, and helping clients make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship building
Market and sell Old Mutual financial products to individuals and communities
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay informed about product offerings and market trends
Contribute positively to the financial wellbeing of clients and communities
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
Clear criminal and credit record
Basic digital literacy, including MS Office and communication tools such as WhatsApp
Strong communication and numeracy skills
While not mandatory, the following will be advantageous:
6 to 12 months of sales or retail experience
Previous exposure to customer service environment
Familiarity with sales tools or systems
