Merchandising

• Create product displays according to seasonal cycles and discount offers.
• Maintain accepted merchandising standards and in-store planograms.
• Follow the store floor/freezer plan for product displays.
• Ensure removal of defective, expired, or old products and proper stacking of new products.
• Install banners, posters, displays, flags, etc., in the store.
• Check product stocking, merchandising, and display systems regularly.
• Interact with store staff to keep them informed about upcoming store projects and timelines.
• Monitor stock on shelf according to 8 Shelf Health Elements:
• Full Shelves at all times
• Best Shelf Position
• The right forward Share
• PI Labels present & correct
• Stock Rotation (FIFO)
• Spotless Shelves
• Product Quality Obsession
• Correct Range
