JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay abreast of SHE procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Implement the Komatsu Way and adhere to SHE policies and procedures consistently.
- Ensure compliance with wearing protective gear and clothing, and provide guidance to colleagues accordingly.
- Participate in workplace safety events and maintain awareness of emergency procedures.
- Safely operate company vehicles and promote safety awareness in all activities.
- Promptly report hazardous situations, incidents, or accidents.
- Understand instructions and prioritize tasks accordingly for efficient workflow.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Wash and clean components, machines, and tools to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle and store solvents and hazardous materials safely.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report any issues or requirements.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for premises, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Perform sweeping tasks in work areas and yards to ensure tidiness.
- Maintain cleanliness of recreational areas such as tea/coffee stations.
- Monitor stock levels of disposable items and initiate orders for replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to Komatsu 5s policy and PPE standards diligently.
- Immediately report any maintenance issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
