Massmart is thrilled to announce the launch of our NQF 3 Learnership Programme for 2024, aimed at recent matriculants who are eager to kickstart their careers in the retail industry.
This 12-month programme will provide participants with invaluable workplace experience, complemented by a comprehensive training curriculum, across various stores nationwide.
We are seeking individuals who exhibit strong potential in key areas such as time management, interpersonal communication, and a genuine passion for the retail sector.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- South African citizenship by birth
- Completion of a Matric qualification
- Unemployed with 0 to 1 year of working experience
- Aged 26 years old or younger
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods
- Not previously registered for the same program with a SETA or currently enrolled in any SETA program
