Massmart is thrilled to announce the launch of our NQF 3 Learnership Programme for 2024, aimed at recent matriculants who are eager to kickstart their careers in the retail industry.

This 12-month programme will provide participants with invaluable workplace experience, complemented by a comprehensive training curriculum, across various stores nationwide.

We are seeking individuals who exhibit strong potential in key areas such as time management, interpersonal communication, and a genuine passion for the retail sector.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

South African citizenship by birth
Completion of a Matric qualification
Unemployed with 0 to 1 year of working experience
Aged 26 years old or younger
Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods
Not previously registered for the same program with a SETA or currently enrolled in any SETA program
