What We’re Looking For:
We seek an individual with the following experience, qualifications, and skillsets:
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position.
- Presentable with excellent communication skills.
- Clear criminal record.
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance and Facility Support:
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct daily checks on facility operations and ensure everything is in working order.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs.
- Notify the facilities manager of any required repairs or maintenance issues.
- Undertake general maintenance activities across the facility.
- Monitor maintenance consumables and communicate requirements to the facilities manager.
- Organize and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
- Provide support for security and access control measures within the facility.
- Assist with traffic management as needed.
Garden Maintenance:
- Review daily work schedules for assigned garden duties.
- Maintain grass and flower beds throughout the facility.
- Clean and upkeep the garden areas.
- Inform the facilities manager of any garden-related requirements.
- Monitor gardening consumables and communicate needs to the facilities manager.
- Organize and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrate personal commitment to education and contribute to the school’s values and ethos.
The successful candidate will commence employment as soon as possible.
