Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
- License: Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Waste Area Maintenance: Ensure the waste area is clean and well-maintained. This includes sweeping the area with a broom, collecting all papers and unwanted items from the ground, and properly disposing of waste.
- Cleaning Tasks: Maintain cleanliness in the backyard and around the cages.
- Waste Mixing and Security: Mix waste materials as required and ensure that all gates are securely locked.
- Routine Work: Perform general routine tasks as assigned to maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the workshop.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Cleaning Materials: Understand the use of various cleaning materials and their appropriate applications.
- Workshop Knowledge: General knowledge of workshop operations and maintenance.
- Safety Procedures: Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to apply them effectively in daily tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
- Cleaning Skills: Ability to keep the waste area and surrounding environment clean and orderly.
