Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer expectations by utilizing effective selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss prevention controls within the store.
- Consistently meet individual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and maximize turnover.
- Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring and fun environment for customers.
- Process all purchases accurately, including cash, card, vouchers, coupons, and other acceptable payments.
- Ensure all outgoing stock/items/scripts are scanned and paid for.
- Process all loyalty cards, including those of accelerated partners.
- Establish professional relationships with customers, providing friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance.
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
- Address and resolve all customer stock queries efficiently.
