Specific Role Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

• Assist with customer and sales management.
• Support business development to meet monthly sales targets.
• Implement strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
• Prospect for new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Present and sell vehicle features and benefits.
• Handle customer questions and address objections.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure effective service delivery.
• Conduct marketing via social media and other digital platforms, and participate in promotions.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
• Participate in all relevant company and OEM training courses, and any additional developmental programs as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of Grade 12/Matric.
• 0 – 1 year of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
