Job Description:
Merchandising Duties:
- Create product displays according to seasonal cycles and discount offers.
- Adhere to accepted merchandising standards and maintain in-store planograms.
- Arrange product displays per the store floor/freezer plan.
- Remove defective, invested stock, or old products and properly stack and display new products.
- Install banners, posters, displays, flags, etc., within the store.
- Check product stocking, merchandising, and display systems regularly.
- Interact with all store staff to inform them about upcoming store projects and timelines.
- Monitor stock on shelves according to the 8 Shelf Health Elements:
- Full Shelves at all times
- Best Shelf Position
- The Right Forward Share
- PI Labels present & correct
- Stock Rotation (FIFO)
- Spotless Shelves
- Product Quality Obsession
- Correct Range
