Purpose of Position
The Motorbike Courier position is designed to facilitate the efficient and timely collection and delivery of reports, specimens, and parcels to and from wards, hospitals, doctor’s offices, factories, and other relevant clients.
This role is critical in ensuring that Ampath maintains high standards of service and client satisfaction through prompt delivery and professional conduct.

Time Conditions:

- Garsfontein Couriers: 7-day Work Week (South Africa)
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Deliveries: Collect and deliver reports, specimens, and parcels promptly to ensure clients and labs receive them on time.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong client relations to promote the positive image of Ampath consistently.
- Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Safeguard and maintain company vehicles and equipment to remain contactable and deliver excellent service at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the safe and secure handling of all deliveries, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as requested by the management to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 10
- Licenses:
- Greenacres, Olivedale Clinic, Randburg, Thabazimbi, Garsfontein Couriers:
- Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code A)
- Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code EB)
- Cape Town:
- Valid South African Driver’s Licence (Code A)
- Experience:
- Proven driving experience is essential.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic Vehicle Maintenance
- National Traffic Rules and Regulations
- Knowledge of relevant geographical areas (for Cape Town only)
