An exciting opportunity for a Plant Learnership is available. The Plant Learnership training Programme offers a 2-year experiential learning opportunity at Sishen mine.
Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups as defined in terms of Employment Equity. While applications are welcome from all across South Africa, candidates from our labour sending areas (JTG District) and the Northern Cape will be prioritized.

Kumba Iron Ore:
We specialize in producing high-grade iron ore, a crucial component in steel used widely in construction and manufacturing worldwide. Our operations encompass exploration, mining, processing, blending, shipping, marketing, and selling. In South Africa, we operate mining sites in the Northern Cape province, with a head office in Rosebank, Gauteng, and a port operation in Saldanha Bay, Western Cape.
