Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure good housekeeping of the Necsa site by performing cleaning services in terms of cleanliness, safety and maintenance of buildings/designated areas according to Necsa and SHEQ requirements.
Key Performance Areas
Performs general clean-up of all office facilities.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting.
Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special/ad-hoc projects.
SHEQ compliance, including BBS.
Worker Safety.
Job Requirements
Key Knowledge & Skills
Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12
Proven experience in a similar role
Cleaning experience, at least 2 years and be able to use polishing machine/ stripping machine
