Qualifications and Experience :
- Matric/ Grade 12/ NQF level 4 or 5 certificate or relevant N qualifications
Skills and personal attributes :
- proficient written and oral English skills, teamwork, delivering excellent customer service, familiarity with stock reports and sales (including target and commission calculations), and adherence to task schedules.
Responsibilities (to mention a few) :
- Escalate serious customer complaints to the manager
- Provide high-level customer care and service
- Demonstrate products through makeovers and promotions
- Manage stock levels and report on shortages and damages
- Set up attractive merchandising and displays
- Maximize store income by achieving sales targets
- Stay updated on products and industry trends
- Oversee cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty promotions
- Manage salon appointments- Adhere to Dis-Chem policies, SOPs, and health and safety regulations
