We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to ensure the safe and efficient handling of products, adhering to safety standards and operational protocols within our warehouse facility.
Position: Forklift Driver
Location: Rustenburg
Knowledge and Competence:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor in a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational needs.
- Possession of a valid Reach truck and Counterbalance license, demonstrating proficiency in forklift operations.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:
- Safely removing and packing away products using forklift equipment.
- Executing picking tasks accurately, particularly for medications and other sensitive inventory items.
- Performing tipping operations for materials such as limestone, MCP (Monocalcium Phosphate), and Grit.
- Loading PBY (Prepared Blend of Yeast) bags into mixer wagons efficiently and securely.
- Conducting daily stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Performing routine safety checks on forklift equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and maintaining high housekeeping standards in the warehouse environment.
- Promptly documenting and reporting any damages to products or equipment.

- Proficiency in operating Reach trucks and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product handling and inventory control.
