Job Description:
The successful candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of the business, particularly its Cash and ATM/ADT Custodian processes and procedures, and understand how they integrate with the front end operations.
It is expected that the incumbent will maintain a vigilant approach and enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards discrepancies, ensuring that work is consistently performed to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Loading, maintaining, and replenishing ATM/ADT devices within the business, assuming full custodianship of these devices, and actively reducing discrepancies in PULA value.
- Additionally, achieving Balanced Scorecard Profit results, controlling costs within budget requirements, and providing exceptional customer support are integral aspects of the role.
The candidate must be available for 7-day standby weeks as per required Service Level Agreements, with Self-Service Device availability measured against benchmarks.
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Preferred candidates should reside in the Gauteng North area.
