Main Purpose of the Job:
To inspect merchandise, ensuring accuracy, undamaged items, and completeness, and to guarantee customer satisfaction with the order.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
- Operate scanning equipment.
- Sign for shipments upon receipt, verifying the correct merchandise.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise in the warehouse.
- Strategically store merchandise to maximize warehouse space.
- Pack orders to customer specifications.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Perform quality checks of merchandise before, during, and after packing.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Identify and report mistakes, problems, and recommend solutions.
- Provide feedback to all levels in the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
