Responsibilities (to mention a few) :
- Operational Support:
Provide general assistance in various areas of the business unit based on operational needs.
Assist with loading and offloading of vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Promptly and efficiently assist customers and suppliers with loading and offloading activities. - Yard Management:
Ensure that yard stock items are neatly packed and easily accessible.
Safely and cleanly load vehicles, maintaining a well-organized yard. - Workshop/Joinery Assistance:
Provide prompt and efficient support to customers and suppliers regarding workshop/joinery activities.
Complete Wash Bay activities accurately, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. - Stock Management:
Maintain neatly packed and accessible store shelves, boards, and other stock items for customers.
Uphold and promote the company values and culture in all interactions. - Customer Service:
Provide customers and drivers with accurately prepared orders.
Ensure a high level of customer service in all assistance-related activities. - Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety regulations during all operational activities.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all areas of responsibility. - Flexibility:
Be adaptable to work in any area of the business unit as per operational needs.
Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the business unit.
