  • Address guests’ service needs promptly and professionally.
  • Welcome guests with a smile and personalized greeting, anticipating their needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work and guest areas, clearing and collecting items as needed.
  • Communicate guests’ meal requirements and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, following established procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all china, glassware, and silverware are clean and presentable.
  • Complete closing duties, including cleaning equipment and areas, and securing the premises.
