The successful candidates will be placed at The Lubricants Manufacturing Plant in Durban (Island View).
Activities:
During the learnership, participants will gain practical experience in logistics and multi-functional administrative duties.
This hands-on experience will provide valuable insights into various aspects of the supply chain process, including inventory management, transportation logistics, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and stock control procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate records of stock movements.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and report generation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
- Learn and apply negotiation skills in supplier interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
