Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience by focusing on stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and efficient transaction processing at till points.

Estimated Salary : R4 200 per month

Qualifications:

• No Qualification Required
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is beneficial).
• Tenacious and highly motivated.
• Previous retail experience advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Assist shoppers in finding desired goods.
• Address customer queries and complaints.

Cashier Duties:

• Process cash and card payments.
• Manage Lay Bys and customer refunds.
• Report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure till balancing.

Ster-Kinekor Cashier, Cinema Assistant, General Employees

Merchandising:

• Price and display stock accurately.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor.
• Implement housekeeping standards.
• Stay updated on promotions.

Risk Management:

• Tag products according to company policy.
• Participate in stock takes.
• Identify and report shoplifting or fraudulent activities.

Consistent Adherence:

• Live by Ackermans values, policies, and procedures.
