Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Grade 12 is required.
- Additional Qualifications: An N2 qualification is considered advantageous and will be beneficial for career growth.
Required Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of six (6) months of relevant work experience in an industrial or engineering environment is essential.

Machinery Knowledge:
- Possess a solid understanding of machinery operations and maintenance practices, allowing you to contribute effectively to the team’s objectives.
Flexibility:

Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Support:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to execute projects, providing hands-on assistance and support to ensure project goals are met efficiently and on time.
- Task Execution:
- Complete daily tasks at a reasonable pace while maintaining high-quality standards, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
- Inspection and Feedback:
- Conduct daily line inspections to assess equipment and systems, providing valuable feedback to supervisors to help improve operational efficiency.
- Breakdown Response:
- React promptly to machinery breakdowns by assisting in diagnosing issues and facilitating quick repairs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Mechanical Maintenance:
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance on equipment and machinery, ensuring that all systems are operating at optimal levels.
- Factory Lighting:
- Assist with factory lighting maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and well-lit working environment for all employees.
- Equipment Overhaul:
- Support artisans in the overhaul and assembly of equipment, learning and applying mechanical skills to enhance team capabilities.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations, following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to contributing wherever needed.
